As an Assistant State Attorney hired by former United States Attorney General Janet Reno, Mr. Moses forged his trial skills in Miami, Florida, as a felony prosecutor representing victims of crime. In his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Moses conducted many successful trials resulting in the conviction and sentencing of violent criminals. His performance caught the attention of the State Attorney and Circuit Court Judges who described Mr. Moses as a “dedicated and hard-working prosecutor who is committed to the justice system” and whose “…trial skills and preparation not only showed in his success after success in trial, but earned the respect of opposing counsel.” As a result of his success in court, Mr. Moses was asked to assist the Office in training and hiring new prosecutors.

Mr. Moses returned to New York where he continues to fight for victims’ rights. As a founding partner and senior trial attorney for Friedman & Moses, Mr. Moses focuses his practice exclusively on representing people seriously hurt due to the negligence of others. Mr. Moses has successfully fought for clients against many municipal and corporate defendants resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements many of which have been published in the New York Jury Verdict Reporter.

Mr. Moses’ results have earned him the privilege of serving as trial counsel to several outstanding law firms that entrust him with representing their clients at trial. Additionally, at the request of the New York State Bar Association, Mr. Moses has lectured hundreds of practicing New York lawyers on winning trial techniques. Mr. Moses’ philosophy is to prepare the case for trial, not settlement. Accordingly, his clients enjoy a wonderful trial success rate that provide them well deserved results. Mr. Moses has conducted trials in every borough of New York City and is admitted to practice law in the states of New York, New Jersey and Florida.
